just purchased 1/3 acre in Sarasota, inland 4 miles, elevation 30'+. now want to build a hurricane resistant(150 MPH), 1 1/2 story, 3Bd,2.5b, ICF, Energy Wise engineered HVAC, PGT 'Wingard' windows, probably will have to hire a structural engineer to keep the GC honest as we are here and it's down there, Enery Star, etc...
