I live in southern Illinois about 60 miles south of St. Louis. We bought our present house about 4 years ago. It had quite a few plants and shrubs around it and Ive been adding more the last 2 years. My husband helps with the heavy work and the watering. I do most of the planning and planting. I found this web site last year and have been lurking (and learning!) since then. We have a lot of fun with our garden and find it relaxing.
