I am an amateur (male) gardener living in the western suburbs of Toulouse, France. I have a large shade garden under very old oak trees. My professional activities (nothing to do with plants or gardens) do not let me spend as much time as I would like gardening but, on the other hand and due to the frerquent business trips, I can visit many far out gardens for my enjoyment.
My favorite plant family are the Japanese Maples of which I have a large collection of cultivars.
