Happily ensconced in desert paradise near Palm Springs. Sunset Western Gardener zone is 13. Any advice from seasoned desert gardeners is welcomed!

It's been my first year living here after escaping from LA. I was amazed at the sheer vast quantities of flowers that bloom here in spring! Lovely!
