My husband, Mike and I got married 3 years ago and are both 50 something. This is a wonderful adventure for both of us. We both love planting trees, shrubs, perennials, bulbs and watching them grow. We bought Mike's family's home and named it Glen Eden Homestead. It has dwindled down to 25 acres, but it's ours and we love it.

I was a basket maker for nearly 20 years and in a different life, but I still find I have a need to weave. Last year I began learning to knit. This fall I am continuing to learn knitting, but I've also decided to try my hand at crochet.
