1936 Spanish Colonial Revival House Learning all about old homes the hard way :) So far I have (through contractors): -rebuilt a corner of my house due to suspect rot... that wasn't actually there -remodeled a bathroom -rewired about half of the house -cut back 50 years of yard growth that someone "let go..." :)
