I doctor in a community health clinic but always have time, and need the time in my city garden. We have no grass in front of the house and precious little in the back. The men in my life ( my husband and two children one teen and younger) are indulgent, parly because we have a cabin in Wisconsin (where I help wild flowers to continue). I've been gardening since I was a child with my grandmothers encouragement but little transmitted or learned information. No matter, I have always loved making 'mud pies' and growing things in them, especially blue ( the darker the better) things. Garden Web hleps me get through the winter and learn what to do in the garden the other months!
