I'm retired and have time to garden now. I also like giving storm damaged and other downed trees a new life by turning them into art and useful objects on the wood lathe.

My gardens include everything I can fit in--I'm a firm believer in variety being the spice of life. I like to trade plants with friends and neighbors--even the friends I haven't met yet.
