Married 17yrs to a Fireman,3children ranging in age from 15yrs old to 15mths old. Worked as a Police Officer for 5yrs and then became an Insurance Agent. Spent all my spare time over the years rehabbing houses with my husband.
Have had a LOT of expierience rehabbing houses since I was 14yrs old..am now taking on bigger challenges in trying to GC my own new house. Would love to hear any words of wisdom especially from people in my area of Kansas City. Am looking forward to 'starting new' on a house instead of 'tearing out' if I can just get past being soooo overwhelmed by all of the initial planning. We hope to break ground sometime in February or March....weather permitting as the Midwest weather can never be predicted.
