I spent my working years in Hawaii where I grew all kinds of plants, mostly orchids and areroids. I moved to N.E. Michigan and am learning to grow plants all over again. It is a slow process because here if I fail to grow a plant I must wait until next year. In the tropics I could try agair any time. Roses any hydrangeas are my favorit plants.
