I live in a city to the east of Johannesburg in South Africa. Our climate is about the same as Texas in USA ie USDA zone 9A. Have quite a large garden about 4 years old with quite a variety of plants. Favorites are Cordyline , Flax (Phorbium) , Palms , Alstroemeria ( Inca Lily) , Strelitzia plus many others.
