There was a great cartoon in the New Yorker recently. Two ladies are sitting in the front row at a wake. The obviously self-made casket has an arm hanging out still holding on to a hammer, and there are pieces of odd board patching the casket together and nails all over the place, half sticking up. Caption: "He liked to do everything himself."
