I�ve been gardening for over 40 years and was raised on a small farm where we grew lots of different vegetables. My Mom could shove a dead stick in the ground and make it grow! It was a wonderful place to grow up.

A few years ago I decided to take the Master Gardener class to improve my knowledge of why certain gardening practices worked and why others didn�t work as well. I also wanted to learn more about perennial gardening and how to make my lawn look better. It was a wonderful experience and I�ve thoroughly enjoyed helping others with their gardening problems as a MG volunteer. I can�t say my lawn looks any better but at least now I know what I�m doing wrong! LOL

Gardening is my stress reliever and I can�t imagine life without dirty hands and grubby knees.
