I love to garden and to combine the garden and art. The garden has provided me with inspiration for my love of calligraphy (always thoughts to write about the garden!!).

My garden is wooded, so large hostas fit well with pulmonarias, astilbe, cordylis, ferns, fucshias, columbine... well you know all the wonderful things that can grow under large fir trees.

Currently my garden is "helping me" with another art...cement castings of large leaves. I am growing many leaf donors, and regularly raid my friend's gardens of large leaves. I have been casting leaves for over three years now.

As with most people who love to garden I also love to feed and care for my garden wildlife.

There truly is nothing as wonderful as a garden and the arts that accompany it and the people who love to garden.
