I have wanted to be a landscape designer since I was 18, and I finally just started my own business. My mom is a Master Gardener, and her parents were farmers (specializing in giant vegetables), so I guess I was born into gardening. I am still young and renting, so I don't have a big collection of plants yet. I bought a portable greenhouse (a big see-thru ripstop tent) from Amazon this winter for $300, and love it. I'm a stay at home mom, otherwise I don't think I'd be able to tend to everything. What I have:
Houseplants (trying to keep only a few - I've killed way too many in moving) :
Croton
Dumbcane
Rubber Tree
Dracaena
Heart leaf philodendron
Spathiphyllum
Butterfly Plant
Spider Plant
Ivy (unsure of what kind)
Chinese Evergreen
Gerbera Daisy
Aloe
