I have just moved to Bend from the Willamette Valley, Oregon.
This is a much colder area (although this winter is unusual, so I am told: it is very mild with little snow.) than the place I moved from. I want to learn what is hardy enough for this area and I want to try grow vegetables.

I had a business, Tender Greens, growing greens in greenhouses. The rising utilities costs and the market made that business unprofitable for me.
