We have 3 1/2 acrea of old English style garden in the South West of Victoria Australia,sadly neglected when we bought the place 14 years ago. Many 100 yr old trees,some comparativelyrare trees and shrubs,and Australian bred roses. I did an advanced cerificate in Horticulture,to learn about all the exotic plants etc,very few Australian Natives.
We have quite a few WWOOFers,and I have a young Hort student who comes once a week to help.
Its a huge learning curve.
We have Argus the peacock,who eats all the brassica seedlings if given a chance, and Xena,a failed greyhouns and the most delightful pet.
