Hubby and I have 4 flower areas and a good sized veggie garden on the side of a "mountain". We grow more than we can eat and give much of our excess produce away. No one can visit us without going home with a plant. In 2004, I had the very good fortune to be the winner of the Thompson & Morgan Chelsea Sweepstakes. My daughter and I were royally treated to the Chelsea Flower Show and several wonderful gardens in the UK, all expenses paid. Im still in shock...and awe. I enjoy dividing and potting up my special or unusual perennials and donating them to an arboretum plant sale.
