I am a newspaper reporter and cover county government and courts in Benton County, Ark. I am married, have one daughter and when I am not gardening, I am reading about gardening or wish I was gardening.

As my user name implies, roses are my passion and specialty. They are not nearly as finicky to grow as most people think.

Also, I am interested in freelance work for any and all gardening magazines out there. Editors or headhunters, just shoot me an email and I shall respond.
