Hey out there! For those wondering, the name came back when I had watch my parents grow food back in the cold war. Instead of buying cans of food, the preferred to can their own produce. So, I guess I started gardening off of my past memories of that. I'm still mostly a newbie gardener, but I've gotten two years of crops with only minor problems!
