I love to cook! I am also an avid scrapbooker, crocheter (is that a word?), cross stitch lover and of course the lights of my life are my family, my DH, 3 grown DDs and 4 beautiful Grandchildren.
I am also an RN, hospital staff nursing to be more exact.
I come from a large family, 10 children, 7 girls and 3 boys. Born and raised in Missouri, I now live in Illinois just outside of Chicago. Our home for the past 5+ years. Moved here to be closer to our DDs and the DGC.
I have been lurking here for quite some time, love the threads and hope to join in soon.
