I, we, are in the process of building a new house and I am selling our current house without a realtor. I would love to be done with that so I can just focus on our new home which is going up quite quickly. I have been reading the Kitchen forums from afar, and finally bit the bullet and became a memeber so I can ask questions and gain insight from excellent information the members provide. I am impressed!
