Have an 8 acre mini farm in Staley, NC. Started really gardening 5 years ago when my SO showed me how to stop pulling weeds by adding loads of mulch and amending the soil with manure (boy 4 horses & a mule can sure produce...lol)Pigmy goat count is up to 24 (just had 10 babies) so going to put their manure to good use. With all this manure I m trying my hand at composting!
2003 was my first experience with winter sowing and have been doing it ever since.
I keep expanding my gardens & now I need to fill them up! Boy do I have a lot of work ahead of me....but I love it!
