I love growing anything that isn't normal. Purple cauliflower, blue tomatoes, bhut jolokia peppers, you name it. If it makes people go "Wait, what the heck is that? What do you mean you EAT that?!?", I'll want to grow it. Also a big fan of making bonchi out of my peppers at the end of the season (bonchi = bonsai peppers).
