My husband and I are on our second house renovation. We seem to have an terrible weakness for buying 70's original-condition houses!

The current house is far from done but we are through with several major renos, including the kitchen, and I am thrilled with it.

We have a large lot (20,000 s.f) and every day I look outside and think "we really need to tackle this thing!" but then....well, you know how that goes!

Hopefully I'll one day be able to post garden pictures that draw as many favorable comments as our inside renos have!
