My husband & I bought our first home in late 2004 and have been busy "improving" it since then. After years of frequent moves and apartments, Ive discovered how wonderful it is to be able to paint walls and plant a garden. Im gradually gaining experience, thanks largely to Gardenweb and my mother (who is laughing after all my years of polite indifference with regard to her greenhouse).
