We just cleared the trees out of our backyard a couple years ago. It used to look like the Black Forest back there and now we are so excited to have enough sun to grow something other than impatiens. I went on a garden tour earlier this summer and I got all fired up about gardening. I've always loved it but sometimes other things go to the top of the priority list. I can't wait to go on another one though! I just felt so peaceful and relaxed walking through all the yards. I just bought a ton of seeds to plant in the spring. I also bought many Lily bulbs and a set of bulbs that attract butterflies. Unfortunately we have to get through our long NE winter first. It is going to be fun to expand our gardens with all the seeds.
