Redecorating, remodeling, antiquing. I have a house tht was built in 1917 in California. When we bought it 5 years ago, it had been neglected for many years. We have redecorated/remodeled every room, one by one, as we could afford. We are now redoing the kitchen, with new counters. I like the old white painted cabinets, so we are going to sand them down, replace the hardware, and repaint them. Planning on a new counter of probably Wilsonart MesaGranite. As I speak, I have a construction crew outsite jacking up the entire 4000 2-story house and putting in new foundation timbers. Yuck, this was not expected, but at least it will be good to go for another 100 years. :-)
