My wife and I have gardened for over 35 years. We have two grown children and four granddaughters. For several years I have been involved with a garden that raises vegetables for our local food bank.

I'm looking for rose varieties that are good for rose hips and especially for making Nypon soppa, a traditional Swedish fruit soup, usually served as a dessert.
