I was the first Code Enforcement Officer in town. I recently got a much better position with the city, was getting tired of the spotlight. I have more time to spend in my rock garden now, however, there will never be enough time or nice weather to pull all those horrible rose of sharon sprouts that come from the neighbors bush (practically on the property line).
That is how I found this website, I was looking for help. Still looking, the neighbors haven't responded to my offers to remove the thing.
