I am addicted to gardening. I really started just this year ('04). Just today I had to get something new. So, I went through the woods, still in my letter carrier uniform, and brought out 2 Magnolia trees and 2 types of fern. So far, my husband of 1 year, approves of our back yard. I call it my sanctuary. On my mail route, I am always asking customers the names of various plants I see in their yard. Sometimes, they give me cuttings. I am really embarressed to be seen picking up stuff other people throw out. Like the trellis I spotted today. I am 45 and wish I would have started gardening sooner, so I could see more results.
