I am a mother of a very active 1 year old and a 3 year old we call "the boss". I have been exposed to gardening throughout my life through my Mom and Sister. I was usually designated to transporting the horse manure to the garden beds and would often find myself in a field with a white bucket in search of cow paddies. Never did much planting...until now. My sister is a Cornell Horticulture grad and often takes time to check my crops for bugs and viruses- she loves that stuff. I am planning all sorts of gardens for our 3 acre home. I love the creative process of planning and the wonder and beauty of nature and nutritous wholesome value of organic vegetables.
