I'm retired, living in the Trans Pecos area of the Chihauhaun Desert. I have many gardens "in progress" since relocating here from the Del Rio (Texas) area two years ago.
My husband & I are also renovating a lovely old (1921) home.
We still have our home in North East Texas, but prefer the climate here. I love the antelope, buffalo, roadrunners, birds, rabbits, but NOT the deer! The mountains & beautiful weather are pure heaven. The mom of six, granny of eleven, great granny of eleven, I have a wonderfull family!
