Well, after two whole years of paradise in Florida, I had to move back to southeastern Virginia. It was a good run, lots of critters and pics. I ll sure miss that place. On Junes 12, 2007 I had a baseball sized tumor removed from my colon and after a PET scan, was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer with small cell mets to lung and liver, given a 6 month prognosis with aggressive chemo. I m only 40. The hair s falling out and I m blah most of the time, so I really enjoy spending whatever time I can just taking pictures of nature and posting them here for you all. In closing, take care of yourselves, enjoy God s gift of nature, and keep posting :)
