Have recently moved to the Costa del Sol in southern Spain and have aquired a small finca with citrus,avocado,nispero and cherimoya trees. The deal is that Sue my wife looks after vegetable production and I am "Controller in charge of trees, southern district"
My previous horticultural experience consists of cutting grass and I'm not allowed to use the same methods and chemicals as the locals because we want to do this organically.
