My husband and myself operate a small greenhouse/nursery, specializing in hardy roses, but also doing perennials, veggies, herbs etc. It is on the property we live on, so there is no escaping it! We are owned by 4 cats and a flock of chickens, some of whom run loose, digging things up and eating plant tags as fast as I can put them in. We fight cold winters, soggy springs, poor soil, and millions of gophers.
I love to read, write, do crazy quilting, and play with computer graphics. My husband is living for the day the Seahawks win the SuperBowl- I guess he ll have to live a long, long time!
