When I was a child, my mother used to drag me out to help her in the garden. Oh, how I hated it! Now that I own a house and have a 1/4 acre, I have found myself drifting out to the yard.... Now I have flower beds all over the place and even a small vegetable garden. It's amazing how much I learned by osmosis when I was a child, I find myself drawing on information that I never realized I had.
