Broke ground May 16, 2005. We are currently estimating the project will take 12 - 13 months to move-in.
3,983 sq ft on three levels (no basement) - 992 sq ft 3 car garage.
It is a 2.5 acre lot on a hillside; housesite at the end of a 225 ft driveway. Well and septic.
Using an architect and a custom home builder. Cost plus contract. Architect is helping with project oversight too.
