Hi, I'm a beginning gardener with a new home in the Southern Maine town of Windham. I have a landscape plan I plan to implement over the next few years to transform a two acre lawn with a few trees into a two acre mix of lawn, vegetable and ornamental gardens. Specific issues I know of are rocky soil, grubs, privacy from busy road and deer. I'm looking forward to all the good help and info I know I'll get from other friendly forumers!
