Grew up in OK & TX .... farm boy..cotton, wheat, hay. Retired after 37 years Pharmaceutical Research (Medicinal Chemistry). Been gardening all my life--- tomatoes (heirloom & a few hybrids) and Asian vegetables. Also have dedicated beds of nutritious "wild greens" such as Poke, Lambsquarter & Purslane. Married for 28 years, wife from HongKong--also a retired chemist. WE love cooking together.
