I am a middle aged American Civil War Reenactor. I portray a female confederate civilian. I need this web site to help me grow plants appropriate to 1860-1865. I isn't easy being this crazy.
I am trying to grow cotton, tobacco and indigo this year. (In Michigan) I said I was crazy!
Besides going to reenactments, I give little lectures at an elementary school as a favor to my grandaughters 4th grade teacher. My grandaughter doesn't even go to that school any more but the teacher won't let me go!
