I first arrived on the scene at the GardenWeb in early July of 1996, and have never strayed far - though posting has slipped a bit because of time limitations. I have made so many wonderful friends here - thanks to the generosity of a fellow named Spike who had the foresight to begin such a great website!

A funny story? Check out "A Gazing Ball?" in the Favorites forum. When I began posting in 96, they were not NEARLY as popular as they are now, and I, along with a few others learned a lot about exactly what they were. Today, I own way too many to count - all sizes and textures, and used for all sorts of purposes! Smiles.

Ive always loved to garden, but it has been the encouragement of many here who kept me growing along with my gardens, and who are at least partially responsible for my dirty house during good-weather-months! It takes more than a day to say hello to all the plants, greet each new bloom, and put others to bed! LOL
