I have been retired for 12mths from grafting Macadamia seedlings, which almost crippled my hands. Did not help when I had a run in with the ride-on mower and cut tops off 2 fingers on left hand. My property is 1 1/2acre sandy soil, so am working full time to keep everything alive, with nil rainfall for so long. Am now mother to a Magpie chick blown out of the nest 2 mths ago. Dino spends the day with me in my shadehouses, checking out plants, mulch,gravel, when tired of this sits on my shoulder while I hand water. Can't take him/her out side as Willy-Wag-Tail also has a chick and will attack. Have tank and bore water, which is getting salty with the lowered water table.
