I live in sunny Colorado, just west of Denver, in a 3200 sqft brick ranch. The house style is Mediterranean, but the interior is Mediterranean/Southwest. I have ivy and trees all over my back yard (low maintenance - came with the house) but I have an area in front that is, and continues to be, a garden in progress. I'm married to a lovely man 8 years my senior, and currently have two cats, a Siamese named Rama and a gray tabby named Musashi (after Miyomoto Musashi, the 15th century Samuri warrior). In late Spring 2005, we adopted two kittens from the shelter, a gray and white male tabby named Mulligan and his sister, a buff and white tabby we named Willow.

We started a remodel of the main floor in October 2004. This included a new, larger kitchen, a new master bath, as well as remodeling pretty much all rooms on that floor. The basement was completely remodeled in 2002 and now includes an exercise room and media room. We are DONE with remodeling!
