I live in Cocolalla, Idaho, with my husband, four horses, three dogs, five tortoises, and six parrots. We have a pond that has both Koi and about 50 goldfish. The pond is fed by a seasonal stream and during the dry months we keep going with our spring or well. I prefer raised bed gardening with bulbs, mostly daffodils and iris since the deer arent too fond of them. Fighting weeds and rocks are my constant struggle with gardening.
