I got started with tufa because I initially wanted concrete planters and when I went to the garden centers, etc., I found out I was just too "thrifty" to buy them. So, I got on line and started rummaging around for molds and came across the hypertufa recipes, and the rest, as they say, is history. I been fooling around with them for a couple of years and sell some to friends, etc. here and there. Just started making some spheres and bought a couple of molds from history stones to make urns, bases, etc. They are nice, but go against my nature of scrounging things up from yard sales or making something into a mold. I can t seem to find anybody in Central Massachusetts that s doing this -- anyone out there??
