I live on an acreage in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon. I love collecting unusual trees, shrubs, and perennials, as well as raising vegetables for family consumption. I don't remember a time when I haven't had a garden, even as a child. I like to think about gardening, talk about gardening, and DO gardening. To me, a load of good compost is like a gold mine!
