I was born in Oklahoma and my family has been on the same land for 100 years. Almost everyone in the family is involved in farming in some way. I have always loved gardening and I recently built a house on 2 acres of my familys land. My grandmother was president of the Mid-West City Garden Club for many years(I think!!!!!!) and I probably got my love of gardening from her. Most of the plants and trees on my new homestead have come from family members gardens, especially my grandmothers garden. I am always looking for new plants for my gardens and my small, but growing, Japanese garden....
