Im Mom to 2 20+ year old boys, 2 dogs, 3 cats, foster mom to various animals, and married to a very patient man! We bought a 20 year old log cabin 4/00 that had virtually no landscaping on its 2.5 acres. On-going projects include transforming a steep slope into a tierred garden using available stone, nature walks through the woods, a wildflower/butterfly area, and various shade / sun gardens. And 2 little puddles I call ponds! During the winter of 04 I began to indulge an interest in daylilies and hellebores by placing orders for hellebore seeds and over 2 dozen varieties of daylillies. Ive also begun color themed gardens and am looking for perennials in red and dark purple to add to them. And dont even get me started on hostas! Am addicted to them as well.
