I love to cook and garden, the perfect combination. I find it challenging to grow unusual plants to incorporate into my cuisine, ie ginger, galangal and Kaffir lime. I also like to culture a few carnivorous species.

I'm always up for a recipe swap and would love any advice I can get about the previously mentioned plants.
